The BreachForums (2025) data breach exposed 672,247 accounts from breachforums.hn in August 2025. The data taken includes passwords, usernames, email addresses, private messages and forum posts.[1]
Have I Been Pwned verified it and added it to its search on 10 Jan 2026, 5 months later. It is the 455th largest of the 618 breaches in HARD’s list.
What was exposed
BreachForums (2025)’s breach included 5 kinds of data. What each lets criminals do:

What to do
