Data breach settlements
When a company loses people’s data, a class action often ends in a settlement that pays the people affected. Each page here says whether the settlement is real, who qualifies, how much, the claim deadline and when it pays, with the court-appointed administrator’s site as the only place to file.
All 32 are US settlements, for people in the United States. Facts are from the administrators’ sites and court documents, checked on 7 November 2026 or later. HARD doesn’t take claims and isn’t part of any case.

File before the deadline, on the official site only.

Settlement scams
Real settlements never charge a fee to file or to be paid, and never ask for a password or a code texted to you. Each page names the one official site: type it in yourself rather than tapping a link in a message. A message about a settlement whose claims have closed, urging you to file now, is a warning sign.
